Crown Heights, Brooklyn. 2/3/4/5/S to Franklin Ave.
Address and directions to location emailed separately to participants.

Because the first one was such a hit, join us for the second fall installment of the Brooklyn Yoga Brunch--a morning of yoga followed by a fresh cooked and nutritionally designed vegan meal.

Description of Yoga:
Lungs and the large intestine are the organs associated with Autumn in Chinese Medicine. Through yoga it's possible to discover the connections between these organs and their respective nourishing and eliminating processes--breathing and digesting--and an internal state of feeling balanced. Taught clearly and accessibly by teacher Doreen Kramer, this yoga session will emphasize breath work and deep twists, practices that honor Autumn's invitation to turn inwards, reflect, and release, thereby creating the space for drawing in the nourishment you most need. Modifications for beginners and more advanced students will be offered. Health conditions, injuries and chronic pain will be honored and attended to (please show up 15 minutes early if this applies).
